Terms & Conditions

Last updated 27 September 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on cotriven.shop. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects the rights the law gives you.

1. Who we are

cotriven.shop is operated by GRINDSTORE LIMITED, trading as COTRIVEN, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07280106, with its registered office at Summerhill House, Sculthorpe Road, Fakenham, Norfolk, England, NR21 9HA. Contact us at support@cotriven.shop or +44 7823 588751. Full details are on our Legal Information page. “We”, “us” and “our” mean GRINDSTORE LIMITED; “you” means the person placing the order.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and have a delivery address in one of the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Our products are sold to consumers for personal use.

3. Our products

  • All COTRIVEN graphics are original designs drawn by COTRIVEN. Each piece is printed to order after you buy it.
  • Product pages describe the fabric, weight, fit, measurements and care of each item. Images show the design as it will be printed; small variations in colour between screens and in print placement (up to about 1 cm) are normal and are not faults.
  • Measurements in our Size Guide have a tolerance of ±2 cm.

4. Prices and currency

  • Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country you select (USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CAD) and the currency code is displayed next to every price. You pay in that currency.
  • Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
  • Import duties and taxes for deliveries that cross a customs border are explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. How the contract is formed

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We send an email acknowledging your order; this is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we send the email confirming that your payment has been received and your order is being printed. We may decline an order (for example if a product cannot be produced, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a payment is flagged as fraudulent); if we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

  • Payment is taken at the time of order by the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal, over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card details. See Payment & Security.
  • Your card statement will show the charge as COTRIVEN.
  • Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees if your card is in a different currency from the one you pay in.

7. Printing and delivery

We print, pack and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery methods, costs, estimated delivery times and eligible destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel before dispatch, return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, and — if you are a consumer in the EU or UK — withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. How this works, what we refund and when is explained in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Promotions and discount codes

We are not running any promotion at the moment. If we offer one in future, its conditions (dates, eligible products, minimum spend, whether it can be combined) will be shown next to the offer and at checkout. Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders and may be withdrawn at the end of the promotion. If you return items bought with a discount, we refund the amount you actually paid.

10. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law, in addition to the rights in our Returns & Refunds policy. In the UK these rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in the EU from the national laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/771.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses — our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

The COTRIVEN name, logo, graphics, product designs, photography and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, print or sell our designs or images without written permission.

13. Sales and export restrictions

We only sell and deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Products are sold for personal use and not for resale. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, placed in bulk, or placed in breach of applicable trade sanctions or export laws.

14. Using this website

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, test stolen payment cards or submit false information. Automatic translations are provided for convenience; if a translation differs from the English text, the English version of these terms applies.

15. Personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Events outside our control

If our supply of goods is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control (for example carrier strikes, severe weather or supplier failure), we will tell you as soon as possible and do what we can to limit the delay. If the delay is significant you may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet delivered.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed it.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
